These terms apply to your use of the OneTick app and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using OneTick, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
OneTick is a to-do list app that helps you organize tasks, plan your day and keep track of what matters. We're always improving OneTick, so features may change, be added or be removed over time.
2. Your account
Some features may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@onetick.com if you think your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
The lists, tasks and details you add to OneTick belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.
4. Acceptable use
Please use OneTick responsibly. You agree not to:
- break any law or use the Service for anything harmful or fraudulent;
- try to access other people's data or disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the Service;
- copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content without our permission.
5. App Store terms
OneTick is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Any purchases are processed by Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
6. Our intellectual property
OneTick, the OneTick logo, the app's design and this website are owned by OneTick and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
We work hard to make OneTick reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered, since delivery also depends on your device and settings. Please don't rely on OneTick alone for critical or time-sensitive matters.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneTick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using OneTick at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use OneTick after an update means you accept the new terms.
